CabinLofoten Islands · Norway
Norway's verified cabins spread across three landscapes: the jagged Lofoten Islands, the ski village of Hemsedal, and Geiranger, home to one of the world's most famous fjords.

Lofoten's mountains rise almost straight out of the Norwegian Sea, forming one of the most recognisable skylines in Scandinavia — fishing villages of red-painted rorbuer cabins cling to the shore, and the midnight sun in summer never quite lets the light fade. Hemsedal, inland in Buskerud, is Norway's best-known ski resort, often nicknamed the Scandinavian Alps for its steep terrain by Norwegian standards.
Geiranger sits at the head of the Geirangerfjord, a UNESCO World Heritage Site lined with waterfalls including the Seven Sisters, and one of the country's most visited natural sights, reached by cruise ship and a famously steep mountain road.
Our verified stays across all three are simple wooden cabins rather than architect tiny houses, most with one bedroom and room for two to four guests. June to August is the easy season for Lofoten and Geiranger, with near-endless daylight; Hemsedal adds a winter season, roughly December to April, for skiing. Our verified selection here spans three quite different corners of Norway, with more of the country still to check.

Booking sites don’t have a “tiny house” category — they file these stays under the generic “Accommodation” label. So we check every place by name and type and list only genuine free-standing small homes: tiny houses (on wheels or fixed), cabins, glamping pods, shepherd huts, yurts, domes and tree houses. No hotel rooms, no ordinary apartments.
Prices and availability come from our booking partners and can change at any time. Booking links are affiliate links — booking through them supports this site at no extra cost to you. Property type is checked from the listing name and category; if you spot a mistake, let us know.
