Tree house VerifiedKoh Yao Noi · Thailand
Thailand's verified stays span two islands, a rainforest national park and the mountains above Chiang Mai — bungalows and cabins rather than the country's high-rise beach resorts.

Koh Yao Noi sits quietly between the tourist hubs of Phuket and Krabi, surrounded by the limestone karsts of Phang Nga Bay yet largely untouched by the mass tourism just a short boat ride away — a fishing-island pace with bungalows strung along its beaches. Koh Phangan, better known for its Full Moon parties, has a much quieter side away from Haad Rin, with simple beach bungalows tucked into its northern and eastern coves.
Inland, Khao Sok National Park protects some of the oldest rainforest on Earth, its jungle-covered limestone cliffs rising straight out of Cheow Lan Lake — a genuinely wild counterpart to the islands. Mae Rim, just outside Chiang Mai, is northern Thailand's version of a mountain escape: forested hills, elephant sanctuaries and temples a short drive from the old city.
Our verified stays here are mostly bungalows and cabins, plus a couple of treehouses on Koh Yao Noi, most simple and small rather than resort-scale. November to April is the dry season across the south, best for the islands and Khao Sok; Chiang Mai's cooler season runs roughly the same months. Our verified selection spans a good mix of island, jungle and mountain Thailand, with plenty of the country still to check.

Booking sites don’t have a “tiny house” category — they file these stays under the generic “Accommodation” label. So we check every place by name and type and list only genuine free-standing small homes: tiny houses (on wheels or fixed), cabins, glamping pods, shepherd huts, yurts, domes and tree houses. No hotel rooms, no ordinary apartments.
Prices and availability come from our booking partners and can change at any time. Booking links are affiliate links — booking through them supports this site at no extra cost to you. Property type is checked from the listing name and category; if you spot a mistake, let us know.
