Tiny house Verified On wheels / movable1. Hygge Tiny House 2 - Berlin Brandenburg
about 19 km from Berlin · Lakeside
Berlin is a city of water and woods as much as of streets: a third of its area is forest, river and lake, from the Havel bays of Spandau in the west to the Müggelsee in Köpenick in the east. The few tiny houses inside the city limits stand in exactly those garden districts, on allotment-sized plots and in gardens near the water, rather than in the centre. For more choice, the lake belt of Oberhavel starts 35 km north of Mitte.

Spandau is served by the S-Bahn, the U7 and buses, Rahnsdorf by the S3, Teltow by the S25/S26 and Woltersdorf by tram 87 from S Rahnsdorf; BER airport is 30 to 45 minutes from the centre.
Continental, with warm summers and grey winters.
Berlin is as much a city of water and woods as of streets: a third of its area is forest, river and lake. In the west lie the Havel bays at Spandau and the Wannsee, in the east the Müggelsee, at roughly 7.4 km² the city's largest lake. Lakeside bathing beaches (Strandbäder) can be found at Rahnsdorf on the Müggelsee and on the Wannsee; the wooded Müggelberge hills rise above the lake's southern shore. The centre has only hotels and apartments.
Berlin has no tiny-house resort. Seven houses are listed, all bookable through Booking.com, all on the edge of the city or just beyond it. In Spandau (Staaken) the two detached Hygge Tiny Houses have two bedrooms each and sleep up to four, about 15 km from the Kurfürstendamm; an 18 m² house for two guests stands on Rodensteinstraße. At Rahnsdorf on the Müggelsee is the Feine Laube, a garden cabin of 41 m², renovated in 2016, with about 200 m² of garden under pines, for up to three guests. Beyond the city limit come the Tinyhaus Woltersdorf (37 m², 100 m from tram 87) and the Tiny House in Burig (20 m², up to four guests), and to the south, in Teltow, the Bungalow Teltow Seehof (43 m², two guests).
A night costs roughly €95 to €175 depending on the house and the date, and most fall between €110 and €150. The choice is thin. There is more in the surrounding countryside: in Oberhavel (Tiny House Resort Schmachtenhagen near Oranienburg), in the Spreewald (about 100 km), in the Uckermark (about 1.5 hours) and in the Mecklenburg Lake District (about 2 hours).
Continental, with warm summers and grey winters.

Not in the centre. The seven listed houses stand in the garden districts on the edge of the city: in Spandau (Staaken) and in Rahnsdorf by the Müggelsee, with Woltersdorf, Burig and Teltow just beyond the city limit. Berlin has no tiny-house resort; the houses stand on plots and in gardens.
Seven are listed, all bookable through Booking.com: the two Hygge Tiny Houses in Spandau (rated 9.1 and 9.7), an 18 m² house in Spandau (9.6), the Feine Laube in Rahnsdorf (9.0), the Tinyhaus Woltersdorf (9.3), the Tiny House in Burig (7.7) and the Bungalow Teltow Seehof (7.2). A night costs about €95 to €175 depending on house and date.
On the Müggelsee there is the bathing beach at Rahnsdorf and walking trails through the Müggelberge hills on the southern shore, and the old town of Köpenick is in the same district. From Spandau, the Citadel, the Havel bays, the Grunewald and the Strandbad Wannsee are the nearest destinations. For the inner city you take the S-Bahn or U-Bahn.
Spandau is served by the S-Bahn, the U7 and buses, Rahnsdorf by the S3 and Teltow by the S25 and S26. For Woltersdorf, take tram 87 from S Rahnsdorf (fare zone C). BER airport is 30 to 45 minutes from the centre. For Burig, it is best to ask your host about the route before booking.
Booking sites don’t have a “tiny house” category — they file these stays under the generic “Accommodation” label. So we check every place by name and type and list only genuine free-standing small homes: tiny houses (on wheels or fixed), cabins, glamping pods, shepherd huts, yurts, domes and tree houses. No hotel rooms, no ordinary apartments.
The atlas currently lists 5787 hand-checked small stays across 489 destinations in 79 countries — 4001 of them additionally verified through independent research with a documented source.
